This podcast serves a deeply underserved audience, women often overlooked by traditional recovery models, including empaths, highly sensitive people (HSPs), and neurodivergent individuals disproportionately targeted by emotional abusers. Through honest conversations, trauma-informed guidance, radical self-love, and empowering tools, each episode supports post-traumatic growth, emotional resilience, and the return to your voice, worth, and wholeness.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
For years, I suffered in silence, trapped in cycles of shame, self-doubt, and emotional confusion. Like many survivors of covert abuse, I didn’t have bruises to prove it. Just a deep, aching sense that something was wrong. As a highly sensitive and empathic woman, I became a target for manipulation disguised as love, friendship, and mentorship. What I thought was connection was often control. What I believed was loyalty became a way to abandon myself. It took hitting emotional rock bottom, after betrayal, gaslighting, and repeated boundary violations, for me to finally say: enough. I walked away, but the real healing began when I turned inward. This work is the result of that return to self. The She Saves Herself Collective was born from a deep knowing: that healing isn’t about going back, it’s about becoming who we were always meant to be.
